How to use NuGet Package Manager in Visual Studio

 >Open visual Studio

>Click on Tools

>Click on NuGet Package Manager

>Click on Package manager console

example:- Install-Package Twilio, command to install package

if you want dll file, it will be saved in (bin\Debug\netcoreapp3.1)
