How to make IIS website public or How to make a IP address port public

 > GO to Administrative tools

>Double Click on "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security"

>Right click on Inbound rules

>Click on new rule.

>Select Port radio box

>Give specific port name 81, 82 etc.

>Click next and next

> Give  name (New rule) and Description (New description)

>And Click on Finish
