>First enable and pair mobile and computer bluetooth
>Go to setting in mobile and Go to hotspot and tethering
>Than enable Bluetooth tethering
>Now go to computer and right click on bluetooth icon in icon tray
> Click on Join a personal area network
>Right click on bluetooth device and click on connect using access point.
